Exchange Information

HealthyFeetStore.com wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you need to send your order back FOR ANY REASON within 45 days from the shipment date, the exchange will be completely FREE including standard shipping and no restocking fees. Exchange Policy (All 50 States, US Military (APO/FPO) & US Territories):

Return Shipping is FREE using our FREE PRE-PAID shipping label and NO restocking fees. All shoes must be in the original, unworn condition (please try shoes on carpeting to prevent scuffing). Shoes must be received in the original packaging (shoe box). Please ship the original shoe box back to us inside the outer protective shipping packaging.

Once we receive the items and inspect them your exchange order will be shipped and any price differences will be refunded/credited (exchanges do not need to be the same style). Allow up to 5 business days after receipt in our warehouse to process the refund. The refund will be applied to your original credit card or payment method. Damaged shoe boxes will be charged an $8 re-boxing fee. Original shipping and handling charges cannot be reimbursed.

Exchange Process (All 50 States, US Military (APO/FPO) & US Territories):

      1. Fill out the Return/Exchange Form: A Return/Exchange form was included in your package (if you did not receive the form, click here to download)
      2. Package the Product: Package the product and Return/Exchange Form in the original shipping box (please do not stick shipping labels onto the shoe box)
      3. Ship the Package back to our warehouse using our FREE convenient PRE-PAID shipping label service
        • A FREE PRE-PAID shipping label was included in your package (if not, please CLICK HERE to print out your FREE PRE-PAID shipping label or contact Customer Service at 1-866-324-3338)
        • Affix PRE-PAID shipping label on the outer protective shipping packaging (not the shoe box)
        • Hand the sealed package to your USPS mail carrier, drop-off at your nearest US Post Office or schedule a FREE US Postal Service pickup at www.usps.com/pickup
        • Please record the tracking number to trace the package (22 digit number located at the bottom of the shipping label)
        • Ship the package back to:

Expedited Exchange (All 50 States, US Military (APO/FPO) & US Territories):

          • Receive exchange order faster at no additional shipping cost
          • Place new order for replacement item and record the new order number on the Return/Exchange form
          • Follow above exchange instructions on item(s) you are returning
          • Return will be processed upon receipt and your original payment method will be issued a credit

 


Exchange Policy (Canada):

Returns from Canada have NO restocking fees but we ask that you pay for the international return shipping fees. All shoes must be in the original, unworn condition (please try shoes on carpeting to prevent scuffing). Shoes must be received in the original packaging (shoe box). Please ship the original shoe box back to us inside the outer protective shipping packaging.

Once we receive the items and inspect them you will receive your refund. Allow up to 5 business days after receipt in our warehouse to process the refund.     • Drop-off package at international shipping location of your choice
    • Please record the tracking number to trace the package
